02 · Expert Guidance

Guidance that compounds.

One-on-one mentorship from specialists who have navigated the exact path you're entering. Honest, specific, no-fluff direction for researchers who want a deliberate career.

What you get

Guidance that compounds.

Research direction & problem framing
Clarifying the research question, scoping the contribution, and identifying the right venue before you write a single word.
Career strategy for researchers
Publication strategy, body-of-work planning, and how to build recognisable expertise in a crowded domain.
Grant & proposal positioning
Framing your work for grants, fellowships, and research proposals — making the pitch as strong as the science.
Industry-to-academia transition
Guidance for practitioners who want to publish or formalise their expertise into recognised research.
Who this is for

If this is you.

01
The researcher at a crossroads
You have results but don't know which venue to target, how to frame the contribution, or whether the work is ready.
02
The practitioner who wants to publish
You have deep industry experience and want to formalise it as research. You need a guide into academic norms.
03
The early-career researcher
You're building a publication record and need strategic direction on where to invest your time and energy.

Ready for honest direction?

No pitch, no template. Just a real conversation about the work and where it should go next.

03 · EB1A Support

Extraordinary ability documentation.

Comprehensive documentation support for the EB-1A extraordinary ability visa — evidence strategy, narrative framing, and complete material preparation for a petition that stands out.

What we build for you

The ten criteria, built strong.

USCIS evaluates EB-1A petitions against 10 criteria. We help you identify, document, and present the strongest possible evidence for each one that applies to you.

What we produce

The full package.

Petitioner cover letter & narrative
A compelling, attorney-ready narrative that ties your evidence to the extraordinary ability standard.
Expert reference letters
Drafting strong, specific expert letters from referees who know your work — framed for USCIS criteria.
Evidence compilation & indexing
Organising, labelling, and cross-referencing every exhibit for a clean, reviewable package.
Field impact documentation
Citation analysis, h-index framing, and comparison to peers to demonstrate scope of influence.
Important note
We are writers, not lawyers

We produce documentation, narrative, and evidence packages. We work alongside immigration attorneys — we do not provide legal advice. The combination of strong writing and expert legal counsel gives petitions the best chance.

A strong EB-1A petition is built over months, not days. Come to us early — before you need to file.

Build your case early.

The strongest petitions are built over time. Tell us where you are and we'll map the gaps together.

04 · Guidance

Strategic roadmaps for your journey.

Where to publish, how to build a body of work, what to prioritise next. Long-term strategic guidance that compounds — for researchers who want a deliberate career, not an accidental one.

What guidance covers

Deliberate, not accidental.

Publication strategy
Which venues fit your work, which tier to target, and how to sequence publications for maximum impact.
Body-of-work architecture
How to build a coherent research identity across papers — so each publication compounds on the last.
Citation & visibility strategy
How to write, share, and position work so it gets cited — not just published.
Conference & community positioning
Which conferences to attend, present at, and organise — and how to build standing in your domain.
Long-term career planning
Mapping your 3–5 year research arc against the work that matters for the career you actually want.
How it works

Start with a conversation.

01
Situation review
We understand your current position, publication history, goals, and timeline in depth.
02
Gap analysis
We identify what's missing, what's working, and what should change — without softening the diagnosis.
03
Roadmap delivery
A written strategic plan with specific, actionable priorities — not vague aspirations.
We support the work.
Earn the next
conversation.

We have worked quietly alongside researchers, students, and technical teams — as guides and supporting writers for people who had something worth publishing.

02 · Chatbot & AI Systems

Intelligent systems that ship.

Chatbot, assistant, and automation — built as one system, by one team, under one contract. You own the code, the prompts, the models. No vendor lock-in, no dependency, no ongoing licensing.

03 · Ebooks

The book inside, brought out.

For founders, executives, and thinkers who have something worth saying. Human-led, research-deep, publication-ready — in your voice, under your name.

Who we write for
Founders with a story to tell
Executives building thought leadership
Researchers who want broader reach
Practitioners with hard-won expertise
What we write

Two formats. One standard.

01 · Long-form Ebook
The full-length book

A publication-ready ebook — 20,000 to 60,000 words, structured for your audience, written in your voice, with full research and editing support.

  • Research & source gathering
  • Chapter-by-chapter outlines
  • Full manuscript drafting
  • Voice matching & editing
  • Publication-ready formatting
  • Cover copy & positioning
02 · Thought Leadership Ebook
The expert guide

A focused, high-value ebook — 5,000 to 20,000 words — built around a single insight, framework, or argument. Designed to be read and shared.

  • Core argument development
  • Framework or model creation
  • Research-backed content
  • Narrative structure
  • Distribution-ready output
  • Companion assets if needed
Our process

How the book gets written.

01
Voice & vision session
We interview you deeply — understanding your thinking, your audience, your tone, and the argument at the heart of the book. This session becomes the brief.
02
Outline & structure
We draft a full outline — chapters, sections, argument flow — and review it with you until it matches your vision before a word of body text is written.
03
Research & first draft
We research deeply, write in your voice, and produce a full first draft chapter by chapter — with your input at each stage, not just the end.
04
Review & revision
You read, mark up, and we revise until the book sounds exactly like you — not like it was written for you by someone else.
05
Final delivery
Publication-ready manuscript, formatted for your target platform — Kindle, PDF distribution, print-on-demand, or proprietary distribution.
Voice stays
yours. Always.

The book reads like you wrote it because the thinking is yours. We guide, support, draft, and revise — we never overwrite. If it doesn't sound like you, we haven't finished.

Principles

Five things we won't compromise on.

Real over fast
No shortcuts, no AI-filler. Deadlines matter — integrity matters more.
Voice stays yours
Every draft is shaped around how you actually think and speak.
Honest scope
We tell you what the book can and can't be before we start, not after.
Research-backed
Every claim is sourced. Opinion is labelled as opinion.

The book has been inside long enough.

Tell us the idea. We'll tell you honestly whether it has a book in it — and what it would take to bring it out.

04 · Multi-Cloud Orchestrance

One contract. Every cloud. No lock-in.

Five major hyperscalers, nine specialist GPU clouds, sovereign infrastructure — exposed as one capability surface. Routing, cost arbitrage, and policy enforcement handled by the orchestration layer.

Capabilities

What the orchestration layer does.

🌐
Multi-cloud routing

Intelligent workload routing across providers based on cost, latency, availability, and compliance requirements — in real time.

💰
Cost arbitrage

Continuous cost optimisation across spot, reserved, and on-demand capacity — with full visibility into where every dollar goes.

🛡️
Policy enforcement

Data residency, compliance boundaries, and egress controls enforced at the orchestration layer — not per-cloud, per-service.

⚙️
Unified control plane

One interface, one contract, one support relationship — regardless of how many underlying providers are in the stack.

🔒
Sovereign deployment

Private cloud and on-premise options for organisations where data never leaves defined boundaries. Truly sovereign.

📈
GPU compute access

Nine specialist GPU cloud providers accessed through one interface — for AI training, inference, and compute-heavy workloads.

Architecture

How the orchestration works.

01
Workload classification
Each workload is classified by type, sensitivity, latency requirement, and compliance profile before routing begins.
02
Policy-driven routing
Routing decisions respect data residency rules, cost budgets, and provider SLAs — automatically, in real time.
03
Cost arbitrage engine
Continuous scanning of spot pricing and capacity availability across providers to optimise cost without sacrificing reliability.
04
Unified observability
All logs, metrics, and spend data aggregated into one dashboard — regardless of which provider ran the workload.
Compliance

Built for regulated environments.

GDPR & EU AI Act
Data residency enforcement, processing records, and AI system documentation for European regulatory requirements.
DPDPA (India)
Data Principal rights management and consent enforcement for Indian regulatory compliance.
SOC 2 Type II
Security controls and audit trail support for organisations requiring SOC 2 compliance in their supply chain.
Zero egress architecture
Data that must not leave a boundary doesn't leave it — enforced at the network layer, not as a policy document.

One contract. Every cloud.

Tell us your cloud environment, compliance requirements, and what you're trying to achieve. We'll map the architecture.

Contact

No pitch, no template — just an honest conversation about the work. We reply within two working days.

Let's talk about your work.

Where the Services use artificial intelligence or automated systems, you acknowledge that such systems are probabilistic and may produce inaccurate or incomplete output. You are responsible for independently reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before relying on it.

04.Accounts and registration

Certain features require you to register for an Account. When you do, you agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information; keep your login credentials confidential; be solely responsible for all activity under your Account; and notify us promptly at helloanvox@gmail.com of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account we reasonably believe has been used in violation of these Terms or Applicable Law.

  • copy, scrape, harvest, frame, or republish any part of the Services without our prior written consent; or
  • use any automated means to access the Services in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.

06.User content and submissions

You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Anvoxa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and use that User Content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Services and to respond to you.

You represent and warrant that your User Content is accurate, does not infringe any third party's rights, and does not violate any Applicable Law. We may remove or disable access to any User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

07.Intellectual property

The Services and all Content (other than User Content), including the Anvoxa name, logo, branding, design, text, graphics, and underlying software, are owned by Anvoxa or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No right, title, or interest in or to the Services or Content is transferred to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Anvoxa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own internal or personal purposes. Ownership of intellectual property created under a paid Engagement is governed by the separate written agreement for that Engagement.

08.Feedback

If you provide us with any suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding the Services, you grant Anvoxa a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate that feedback for any purpose, without any obligation or compensation to you.

09.Third-party services

The Services integrate with or rely upon third-party services — for example, Google for authentication, and our hosting, database, and communications providers. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that party's own terms and privacy policy. Anvoxa is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider.

10.Fees and paid engagements

Access to the public website is currently provided free of charge. Where the Services include a paid Engagement, the applicable fees, payment schedule, taxes, and refund terms will be set out in the separate written agreement for that Engagement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We may introduce or change fees for any part of the Services on reasonable prior notice.

11.Privacy and data protection

Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in it. We aim to handle personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where relevant, the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA.

For any privacy-related question or complaint, you may contact our grievance / data-protection contact at helloanvox@gmail.com.

12.Confidentiality

In the course of an Engagement, either party may disclose non-public information that is designated as confidential ("Confidential Information"). Each party agrees to protect the other's Confidential Information with at least reasonable care, to use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms or the relevant Engagement, and not to disclose it to third parties except as permitted in writing or as required by Applicable Law.

13.Availability and modifications

Anvoxa is an early-stage studio and the Services are evolving. We may at any time add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services without liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, Anvoxa disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties — where that is the case, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.

  • Anvoxa's total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Anvoxa in the twelve months preceding the event, or (b) ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees ten thousand).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

16.Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anvoxa and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any Applicable Law or third-party right.

17.Term and termination

These Terms apply from the moment you first access the Services and continue until terminated. You may stop using the Services and close your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by Applicable Law, or if we reasonably determine it is necessary to protect the Services or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6 to 9 and 12 to 20 — will survive.

18.Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Kolkata, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Subject to any rights you may have under mandatory local law, the courts at Kolkata, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved by arbitration.

19.Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

20.General provisions

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Engagement agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anvoxa regarding the Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
