The voice behind the work.
An AI-native studio for research & R&D, AI solutions, chatbots, ebooks — built alongside you from idea to ship.
Where the work lands
How we work, in two minutes.
A short look at the studio — who you'd be working alongside, and how an idea becomes something you can ship.
Five capabilities. One studio.
Research, AI systems, and ebooks — shaped around what your work actually needs. Pick any door.
Research Support.
Literature, papers, manuscripts. Alongside you through structure, argument, drafting, and revisions — publication-ready, in your voice.
Explore →One-on-one mentorship.
Strategic direction from specialists who have navigated the exact path you're entering. Honest, specific, no-fluff.
Explore →Extraordinary ability.
Evidence strategy, narrative framing, and full material preparation for your EB-1A petition.
Explore →Chatbots & assistants that ship.
One team. One system. You own the code, the prompts, and the models — at handoff.
Explore →The book inside, brought out.
For founders, executives, and thinkers. Voice-true, publication-ready, under your name.
Explore →Built alongside you, from the first idea to what you ship.
Real over fast. Voice stays yours. Honest scope. Research-backed. Four things we won't compromise on, ever.
Begin a conversation →What the work actually does.
Papers that get cited.
Six peer-reviewed papers across MLSys, The Lancet, ISR, JMIS, and more — click any to verify on Google Scholar.
"Submitted and accepted on the first attempt. They knew exactly which journal to target, how to frame the contribution for reviewers, and how to handle the revision comments. Best decision I made for my research."
"Rough notes to IEEE-ready in 8 weeks. The writing was entirely in my voice from start to finish — I didn't need to rewrite a single paragraph. They understood the technical side without me explaining it twice."
"Three papers, two conference acceptances. They understood the depth of the work and knew when to push back on framing — which made the final versions considerably stronger."

The research partner you always needed.
From EB1A documentation to deep academic research and expert guidance — we stand beside you at every stage of the work you want to see published.
Four arms. One commitment.
Where we do our best work.
Our core depth is in engineering and applied sciences — but our research guides and supporting writers have covered every major discipline across IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, and ACM.
From rough notes to published.
Ready to begin your research journey.
Tell us where you are. We'll take it from there.
The research partner you always needed.
From systematic literature reviews to full manuscript drafting — we stand alongside you at every stage of the work, writing in your voice for publication in your name.
From first draft to final submission.
Where we work.
Let's get the paper written.
Tell us where the work is and where you want it to go.
Guidance that compounds.
One-on-one mentorship from specialists who have navigated the exact path you're entering. Honest, specific, no-fluff direction for researchers who want a deliberate career.
Guidance that compounds.
If this is you.
Ready for honest direction.
No pitch, no template. Just a real conversation about the work and where it should go next.
Extraordinary ability documentation.
Comprehensive documentation support for the EB-1A extraordinary ability visa — evidence strategy, narrative framing, and complete material preparation for a petition that stands out.
The ten criteria, built strong.
USCIS evaluates EB-1A petitions against 10 criteria. We help you identify, document, and present the strongest possible evidence for each one that applies to you.
The full package.
We produce documentation, narrative, and evidence packages. We work alongside immigration attorneys — we do not provide legal advice. The combination of strong writing and expert legal counsel gives petitions the best chance.
A strong EB-1A petition is built over months, not days. Come to us early — before you need to file.
What a winning petition looks like.
Every component we produce is attorney-ready, USCIS-formatted, and cross-referenced. Here is what goes into a complete package.
Four phases. Quantified exits.
Niche fixed in one line · LinkedIn rebuilt to the niche formula · IEEE + ACM joined, 2 volunteer roles started · reviewer registrations ×8–10 · Q3 paper #1 submitted (your sample, upgraded, may take this slot) · 10-professor outreach live · Evidence Vault + master log stood up.
Q2 conference #1 presented · journal manuscript #1 in review · patent delta identified, prior-art search done, Indian provisional filed · guest lectures ×2 · hackathon #1 judged · gatekept articles ×2 · 6–10 cumulative reviews.
Journal #1 accepted · journal #2 in review · complete patent specification + examination requested · book chapter #1 in press · first top-tier industrial talk · session-chair / TPC role secured · 15–25 reviews · awards + media pipelines opened.
Professor paper published + signed certification letters · IEEE Senior Member applied → won · 1–2 awards, 2–3 media items · citation audit complete · letters ×5–8 signed · U.S. counsel engaged · petition skeleton handed over from the master log.
Build your case early.
The strongest petitions are built over time. Tell us where you are and we'll map the gaps together.
Strategic roadmaps for your journey.
Where to publish, how to build a body of work, what to prioritise next. Long-term strategic guidance that compounds — for researchers who want a deliberate career, not an accidental one.
Deliberate, not accidental.
Start with a conversation.
Earn the next
conversation.
We have worked quietly alongside researchers, students, and technical teams — as guides and supporting writers for people who had something worth publishing.
Intelligent systems that ship.
Chatbot, assistant, and automation — built as one system, by one team, under one contract. You own the code, the prompts, the models. No vendor lock-in, no dependency, no ongoing licensing.
One team. One system.
We build the full stack — from model selection and prompt engineering to deployment and handoff. No assembly of vendors.
The stack we work with.
We select the right tools for each job — no dogma about any single vendor or framework.
From brief to handoff.
Ready to build something that ships.
Describe the problem. We'll come back with an honest assessment of what it would take.
The book inside, brought out.
For founders, executives, and thinkers who have something worth saying. Human-led, research-deep, publication-ready — in your voice, under your name.
Two formats. One standard.
A publication-ready ebook — 20,000 to 60,000 words, structured for your audience, written in your voice, with full research and editing support.
- Research & source gathering
- Chapter-by-chapter outlines
- Full manuscript drafting
- Voice matching & editing
- Publication-ready formatting
- Cover copy & positioning
A focused, high-value ebook — 5,000 to 20,000 words — built around a single insight, framework, or argument. Designed to be read and shared.
- Core argument development
- Framework or model creation
- Research-backed content
- Narrative structure
- Distribution-ready output
- Companion assets if needed
How the book gets written.
yours. Always.
The book reads like you wrote it because the thinking is yours. We guide, support, draft, and revise — we never overwrite. If it doesn't sound like you, we haven't finished.
Four things we won't compromise on.
The book has been inside long enough.
Tell us the idea. We'll tell you honestly whether it has a book in it — and what it would take to bring it out.
Begin a conversation.
No pitch, no template — just an honest conversation about the work. We reply within two working days.
A paragraph describing where the work is and what you need is enough to start. We reply within two working days.

Certain features require you to register for an Account. When you do, you agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information; keep your login credentials confidential; be solely responsible for all activity under your Account; and notify us promptly at helloanvox@gmail.com of any unauthorised use.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account we reasonably believe has been used in violation of these Terms or Applicable Law.

- use any automated means to access the Services in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.
06.User content and submissions
You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Anvoxa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and use that User Content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Services and to respond to you.
You represent and warrant that your User Content is accurate, does not infringe any third party's rights, and does not violate any Applicable Law. We may remove or disable access to any User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.
07.Intellectual property
The Services and all Content (other than User Content), including the Anvoxa name, logo, branding, design, text, graphics, and underlying software, are owned by Anvoxa or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No right, title, or interest in or to the Services or Content is transferred to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Anvoxa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own internal or personal purposes. Ownership of intellectual property created under a paid Engagement is governed by the separate written agreement for that Engagement.
08.Feedback
If you provide us with any suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding the Services, you grant Anvoxa a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate that feedback for any purpose, without any obligation or compensation to you.
09.Third-party services
The Services integrate with or rely upon third-party services — for example, Google for authentication, and our hosting, database, and communications providers. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that party's own terms and privacy policy. Anvoxa is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider.
10.Fees and paid engagements
Access to the public website is currently provided free of charge. Where the Services include a paid Engagement, the applicable fees, payment schedule, taxes, and refund terms will be set out in the separate written agreement for that Engagement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We may introduce or change fees for any part of the Services on reasonable prior notice.
11.Privacy and data protection
Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in it. We aim to handle personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where relevant, the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA.
For any privacy-related question or complaint, you may contact our grievance / data-protection contact at helloanvox@gmail.com.
12.Confidentiality
In the course of an Engagement, either party may disclose non-public information that is designated as confidential ("Confidential Information"). Each party agrees to protect the other's Confidential Information with at least reasonable care, to use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms or the relevant Engagement, and not to disclose it to third parties except as permitted in writing or as required by Applicable Law.
13.Availability and modifications
Anvoxa is an early-stage studio and the Services are evolving. We may at any time add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services without liability. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Services available but do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
14.Disclaimers of warranties
The Services and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, Anvoxa disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties — where that is the case, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
15.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law:
- Anvoxa and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; and
- Anvoxa's total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Anvoxa in the twelve months preceding the event, or (b) ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees ten thousand).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
16.Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anvoxa and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any Applicable Law or third-party right.
17.Term and termination
These Terms apply from the moment you first access the Services and continue until terminated. You may stop using the Services and close your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by Applicable Law, or if we reasonably determine it is necessary to protect the Services or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6 to 9 and 12 to 20 — will survive.
18.Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Kolkata, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Subject to any rights you may have under mandatory local law, the courts at Kolkata, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved by arbitration.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
20.General provisions
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Engagement agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anvoxa regarding the Services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Notices
We may provide notices through the Services or to the contact details associated with your Account. You may send notices to us at helloanvox@gmail.com.

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding these Terms, please contact us:
Privacy
Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Anvoxa ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use our website and services (the "Services"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
01.Data we collect
- Enquiry details — when you submit the contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), country (optional), the service you're interested in, and anything you write in your message.
- Account details — when you sign in with Google: your name, email address, and profile picture, provided to us through Google Firebase Authentication.
- Session & security data — device information and IP address associated with sign-in sessions, used to secure your account and detect misuse.
- Usage analytics — we use Umami, a privacy-focused, cookie-less analytics tool that collects aggregated, anonymised page-view data. It does not track you across sites or build a profile of you.
02.How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the Services you request.
- To create and secure your account, and keep you signed in safely.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
03.Where your data lives
We rely on a small set of processors to run the Services:
- Supabase (PostgreSQL database) — stores enquiries, accounts, and session records.
- Google Firebase — handles authentication when you sign in with Google.
- Railway — hosts our application servers.
- Twilio — delivers SMS verification codes where phone verification is used. Codes are managed by Twilio and never stored in our database.
- Google Fonts & CDNs — fonts and some scripts load from third-party servers, which receive your IP address as a technical necessity of serving the file.
Each provider processes data under its own terms and safeguards. Data may be processed in regions outside your own; we choose reputable providers with appropriate protections.
04.How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any engagement that follows. Account data is kept while your account is active. Sign-in sessions expire automatically and are revoked when you log out. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 6).
05.Cookies & local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you sign in, authentication tokens are stored in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in; they are removed when you sign out. Our analytics (Umami) is cookie-less.
06.Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the GDPR, and the CCPA/CPRA — you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at helloanvox@gmail.com. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and never charge for a reasonable request.
07.Children
The Services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
08.Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be flagged on the website. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
