"Three papers, two conference acceptances. They understood the depth of the work and knew when to push back on framing — which made the final versions considerably stronger."

Questions, answered

Before you ask.

What does Anvoxa actually build?+
Five capabilities, one studio: research & publishing support, one-on-one expert guidance, EB-1A petition documentation, AI chatbots & intelligent systems, and ebooks. Whichever door you pick, you work with the same team, from the first idea to what you ship.
Who owns the work when it ships?+
You do — 100%. Code, prompts, models, manuscripts, and materials are yours at handoff. The voice stays yours and the name on the work stays yours. No vendor lock-in, no dependency, no ongoing licensing.
Do you provide legal advice for EB-1A, O-1A, or NIW petitions?+
No — we are writers, not lawyers. Across all three visa categories we produce documentation, narrative framing, and evidence packages, and we work alongside your immigration attorney. Strong writing plus expert legal counsel gives a petition its best chance. The strongest cases are built over months, so come to us early.
Where does the research work land?+
Our clients publish in venues including IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, ACM, Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals, and Q1–Q4 journals and ranked conferences across computer science, engineering, business, social sciences, life sciences, and law.
How does an engagement start?+
With a conversation. Send an enquiry through the contact page and we reply within two working days — no pitch, no template, just an honest assessment of what the work would take.
How does pricing work?+
Every engagement is scoped individually. Before anything begins you get a written plan — deliverables, timeline, and the fee — and the commercial terms live in a separate written agreement, so there are no surprise charges and nothing auto-renews. The first conversation costs nothing.

USCIS criteria
What we build for you

The eight criteria, built strong.

USCIS evaluates O-1A petitions against 8 criteria — the same evidentiary style as EB-1A, at a comparatively lower bar. A single major, internationally recognised award can also qualify you outright. We help you identify, document, and present the strongest possible evidence for each criterion that applies to you.

Awards & Prizes
Identifying nationally or internationally recognised prizes and awards for excellence in your field.
Membership in Associations
Documenting membership in associations that require outstanding achievement, as judged by recognised experts.
Press & Media Coverage
Compiling published material about you and your work in professional publications or major media.
Judging the Work of Others
Documenting your role judging the work of peers — review panels, editorial boards, and competitions.
Original Contributions
Building the evidence package for original scientific, scholarly, or business contributions of major significance.
Scholarly Articles
Citation mapping and venue analysis for articles you've authored in professional journals or major media.
Critical Role
Documenting employment in a critical or essential capacity for organisations with a distinguished reputation.
High Remuneration
Benchmarking your salary or remuneration against others working in the field.
What we produce

The full package.

Petition narrative & cover letter
A clear, compelling narrative built for Form I-129 that ties your evidence to the extraordinary-ability standard.
Peer group consultation support
O-1A filings need a written advisory opinion from a relevant peer group or labour organisation — we help identify the right body and prepare the request.
Expert reference letters
Drafting strong, specific letters from referees who know your work — framed against USCIS's criteria.
Evidence compilation & indexing
Organising, labelling, and cross-referencing every exhibit for a clean, reviewable package.
Important note
We are writers, not lawyers

We produce documentation, narrative, and evidence packages. We work alongside your immigration attorney or the agent/employer filing on your behalf — we do not provide legal advice.

O-1A is employer- or agent-sponsored, not self-petitioned — we prepare your materials, they file Form I-129 with USCIS.

Inside the package

What's inside, step by step.

A typical O-1A engagement runs far shorter than a green card case. Here's what each stage covers.

01
Intake & mapping
We map your background against all eight criteria — and check for a qualifying major award — to find your strongest path.
02
Evidence & consultation
Collecting exhibits, drafting expert letters, and securing your peer-group advisory opinion.
03
Narrative & assembly
Writing the petition letter and assembling an indexed, attorney- and employer-ready package.
04
File & follow through
Your employer or agent files Form I-129. We stay available through RFEs and renewals.
How the timeline moves

Weeks, not years.

Every case is different, but here's an illustrative shape for a candidate with a reasonably strong starting profile.

1
INTAKE
Weeks 1–2
Map what you already have.

Criteria-by-criteria gap analysis · document request list issued · peer group / labour organisation identified for the advisory opinion · major-award shortcut checked · draft outline of the narrative arc.

EXIT — at least 3 criteria confirmed viable · consultation body identified · document checklist sent.
2
BUILD
Weeks 3–6
Draft the narrative. Chase the letters.

Expert reference letters drafted and circulated for signature · peer-group advisory opinion requested · evidence exhibits collected and labelled · first full narrative draft.

EXIT — advisory opinion request submitted · ≥3 letters signed · narrative draft complete.
3
ASSEMBLY
Weeks 7–9
Index, cross-reference, review.

Full exhibit index built · petition package cross-referenced to the narrative · employer / agent and attorney review pass · revisions incorporated.

EXIT — attorney's evidence review passed · package finalised for filing.
4
FILE
Weeks 10–12+
File, track, respond.

Form I-129 filed by employer or agent · premium processing option flagged where useful · RFE support on standby · renewal timeline noted for future cycles.

EXIT — petition filed · RFE-response plan in place if needed.

Ready to move faster.

The O-1A doesn't wait for a green card queue. Tell us about your role and timeline, and we'll map what's realistic.

Dhanasar prongs
What we build for you

Three prongs, built strong.

USCIS evaluates every NIW petition under the Dhanasar framework. Publications and patents aren't required by name — but we use them, along with letters and citation data, as the proof behind each prong.

Prong 1 — Merit & National Importance
Establishing that your proposed endeavour has substantial merit and matters on a national scale — not just locally or within one company.
Prong 2 — Well Positioned to Advance It
Building the track record — education, skills, publications, patents, citations, letters — that shows you can actually deliver on the endeavour.
Prong 3 — Beneficial to Waive the Requirements
Making the balancing argument that the U.S. gains more from waiving the job offer and labor certification than from requiring them.
What we produce

The full package.

Endeavour statement & narrative
A precise definition of your proposed endeavour and a narrative that walks USCIS through all three Dhanasar prongs in order.
Evidence of national importance
Citation analysis, patent landscape, media coverage, and industry data that ground your endeavour's importance in something concrete.
Expert & reference letters
Letters from independent experts — not only past collaborators — that speak to your track record and the endeavour's significance.
The waiver argument
The specific, evidence-backed case for why the U.S. is better served by waiving the labor certification in your case.
Important note
We are writers, not lawyers

We produce documentation, narrative, and evidence packages. We work alongside your immigration attorney — we do not provide legal advice.

NIW is self-petitioned on Form I-140 — no employer or job offer needed. You must first qualify for the underlying EB-2 category: an advanced degree, or a bachelor's plus five years of progressive experience, or exceptional ability.

Inside the package

What's inside, step by step.

Quality beats quantity with NIW — a tightly argued case against all three prongs outperforms a large, unfocused evidence file.

01
Define the endeavour
Pin down a proposed endeavour specific enough to argue, broad enough to matter nationally.
02
Build the evidence
Citation, patent, media, and letter evidence mapped to each of the three prongs.
03
Write the argument
A narrative that walks the officer through Prong 1, 2, and 3 in the order USCIS reviews them.
04
File & follow through
You, or your attorney, file Form I-140. We stay available through requests for evidence.
How the timeline moves

Built around your endeavour.

Every case is different, but here's an illustrative shape for building a Dhanasar-ready file.

1
DEFINE
Months 0–2
Pin the endeavour. Map what you already have.

Proposed endeavour statement drafted and stress-tested · EB-2 baseline confirmed (degree / experience / exceptional ability) · national-importance angle identified · evidence inventory against all 3 prongs.

EXIT — endeavour statement locked · EB-2 eligibility confirmed · evidence gaps listed.
2
EVIDENCE
Months 2–6
Citations, patents, letters, and the importance case.

Citation and patent landscape compiled · independent expert letters secured · media / industry-data evidence for national importance · progress evidence toward Prong 2.

EXIT — ≥3 independent letters signed · national-importance evidence file complete.
3
NARRATIVE
Months 6–8
Draft and pressure-test the three-prong argument.

Full narrative drafted prong by prong · waiver-balancing argument written for Prong 3 · attorney review pass · exhibit index cross-referenced to the narrative.

EXIT — all 3 prongs argued with citations to evidence · attorney's review passed.
4
FILE
Months 8–10+
Assemble, review, and file.

Final package assembled and indexed · Form I-140 filed, self-petitioned · premium processing option flagged where available · RFE support on standby.

EXIT — petition filed · RFE-response plan in place if needed.

Make the case, yourself.

No employer required. Tell us about your work and we'll map the gaps against all three prongs.

When a general model isn't enough — we fine-tune on your own data using LoRA / QLoRA, or help you build a fully custom model for a narrow, high-volume use case.

Specialised & multimodal

Beyond text-in, text-out.

Most real systems need more than one kind of model working together.

How we choose

Evidence, not brand loyalty.

Benchmarked against your task
We test candidate models on your actual data and use case, not generic leaderboards.
Cost & latency modelling
Every recommendation comes with a real cost-per-query and latency estimate before you commit to it.
Fine-tuning & RAG design
When a general model isn't enough, we fine-tune or build a retrieval pipeline around your own data.
Built to swap
Every integration is written so switching models later is a config change, not a rebuild.
Our principle
Model-agnostic, always

We don't sell you a model — we sell you the outcome. No dogma about any single vendor or framework, in line with everything else we ship.

You own the prompts, configs, fine-tunes, and code at handoff — the same no-lock-in terms as our chatbot and automation work.

Where this page is headed

The roadmap, in the open.

The model landscape shifts most months. Rather than freeze this page, here's how we're actively expanding what we cover — and what's already live today.

1
LIVE TODAY
Now
Everything above is active capability.

Frontier and open-weight model integration · RAG pipeline design · fine-tuning · deployment and handoff · cost & latency estimates on every recommendation. Not a roadmap item — this is what we deliver today.

STATUS — shipping now, across every engagement.
2
IN PROGRESS
Next
A benchmark you can see, not just take our word for.

An evaluation harness clients can run against their own data, so a model recommendation comes with visible scores — accuracy, cost, latency — instead of a general reputation.

STATUS — in active development.
3
PLANNED
Later
Route every request to the model that's earned it.

A cost-and-latency routing layer that sends simple requests to a cheap, fast model and hard ones to a frontier model automatically, plus packaged options for managed private / on-prem hosting.

STATUS — scoped, not yet started.
4
EXPLORING
Future
Models tuned on our own domains.

Domain-tuned models for the fields we already work in daily — research and publishing, visa documentation, ebook writing — trained on patterns from our own delivered work.

STATUS — early exploration, no committed date.

Tell us what you're building.

Bring your use case, your data, and your constraints — we'll tell you honestly which model fits, and why.

What we write

Two formats. One standard.

01 · Long-form Ebook
The full-length book

A publication-ready ebook — 20,000 to 60,000 words, structured for your audience, written in your voice, with full research and editing support.

  • Research & source gathering
  • Chapter-by-chapter outlines
  • Full manuscript drafting
  • Voice matching & editing
  • Publication-ready formatting
  • Cover copy & positioning
02 · Thought Leadership Ebook
The expert guide

A focused, high-value ebook — 5,000 to 20,000 words — built around a single insight, framework, or argument. Designed to be read and shared.

  • Core argument development
  • Framework or model creation
  • Research-backed content
  • Narrative structure
  • Distribution-ready output
  • Companion assets if needed
Our process

How the book gets written.

01
Voice & vision session
We interview you deeply — understanding your thinking, your audience, your tone, and the argument at the heart of the book. This session becomes the brief.
02
Outline & structure
We draft a full outline — chapters, sections, argument flow — and review it with you until it matches your vision before a word of body text is written.
03
Research & first draft
We research deeply, write in your voice, and produce a full first draft chapter by chapter — with your input at each stage, not just the end.
04
Review & revision
You read, mark up, and we revise until the book sounds exactly like you — not like it was written for you by someone else.
05
Final delivery
Publication-ready manuscript, formatted for your target platform — Kindle, PDF distribution, print-on-demand, or proprietary distribution.
Voice stays
yours. Always.

The book reads like you wrote it because the thinking is yours. We guide, support, draft, and revise — we never overwrite. If it doesn't sound like you, we haven't finished.

Principles

Four things we won't compromise on.

Real over fast
No shortcuts, no AI-filler. Deadlines matter — integrity matters more.
Voice stays yours
Every draft is shaped around how you actually think and speak.
Honest scope
We tell you what the book can and can't be before we start, not after.
Research-backed
Every claim is sourced. Opinion is labelled as opinion.

The book has been inside long enough.

Tell us the idea. We'll tell you honestly whether it has a book in it — and what it would take to bring it out.

Contact

Begin a conversation.

No pitch, no template — just an honest conversation about the work. We reply within two working days.

Let's talk about your work.

A paragraph describing where the work is and what you need is enough to start. We reply within two working days.

Terms of
Service

Last updated: 2 June 2026  ·  Effective date: 2 June 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or the "User") and Anvoxa ("we", "us", or "our"), a remote-first studio founded in 2026, governing your access to and use of our website, platform, and related services (the "Services").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

01.Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

  • "Account" means the account you create to use certain features of the Services.
  • "Content" means all text, data, information, software, graphics, and other materials available through the Services.
  • "User Content" means any information or materials you submit, upload, or transmit through the Services.
  • "Engagement" means a specific paid scope of work agreed separately in writing between you and Anvoxa.
  • "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and rules applicable to the Services or to a party's use of them.

02.Acceptance and eligibility

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Applicable Law; and (c) you are not barred from using the Services under any Applicable Law.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any person under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

Consumers. If you use the Services as a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived by agreement, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) where applicable.

03.The Services

Anvoxa is an AI-native studio providing research and R&D, artificial-intelligence solutions, conversational and chatbot systems, intelligent ecosystems, and related engineering and advisory services. The precise scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms of any Engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, which prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

Our public website and introductory materials are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer, a service commitment, or professional advice.

Where the Services use artificial intelligence or automated systems, you acknowledge that such systems are probabilistic and may produce inaccurate or incomplete output. You are responsible for independently reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before relying on it.

04.Accounts and registration

Certain features require you to register for an Account. When you do, you agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information; keep your login credentials confidential; be solely responsible for all activity under your Account; and notify us promptly at hello@anvoxa.com of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account we reasonably believe has been used in violation of these Terms or Applicable Law.

05.Acceptable use

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

  • use the Services in violation of any Applicable Law or third party's rights;
  • access any account, system, or area you are not authorised to access;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Services;
  • introduce any virus, malware, or harmful code, or attempt to probe or test the vulnerability of our systems;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Services;
  • copy, scrape, harvest, frame, or republish any part of the Services without our prior written consent; or
  • use any automated means to access the Services in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.

06.User content and submissions

You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Anvoxa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and use that User Content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Services and to respond to you.

You represent and warrant that your User Content is accurate, does not infringe any third party's rights, and does not violate any Applicable Law. We may remove or disable access to any User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

07.Intellectual property

The Services and all Content (other than User Content), including the Anvoxa name, logo, branding, design, text, graphics, and underlying software, are owned by Anvoxa or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No right, title, or interest in or to the Services or Content is transferred to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Anvoxa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your own internal or personal purposes. Ownership of intellectual property created under a paid Engagement is governed by the separate written agreement for that Engagement.

08.Feedback

If you provide us with any suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding the Services, you grant Anvoxa a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate that feedback for any purpose, without any obligation or compensation to you.

09.Third-party services

The Services integrate with or rely upon third-party services — for example, Google for authentication, and our hosting, database, and communications providers. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that party's own terms and privacy policy. Anvoxa is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider.

10.Fees and paid engagements

Access to the public website is currently provided free of charge. Where the Services include a paid Engagement, the applicable fees, payment schedule, taxes, and refund terms will be set out in the separate written agreement for that Engagement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We may introduce or change fees for any part of the Services on reasonable prior notice.

11.Privacy and data protection

Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in it. We aim to handle personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where relevant, the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA.

For any privacy-related question or complaint, you may contact our grievance / data-protection contact at hello@anvoxa.com.

12.Confidentiality

In the course of an Engagement, either party may disclose non-public information that is designated as confidential ("Confidential Information"). Each party agrees to protect the other's Confidential Information with at least reasonable care, to use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms or the relevant Engagement, and not to disclose it to third parties except as permitted in writing or as required by Applicable Law.

13.Availability and modifications

Anvoxa is an early-stage studio and the Services are evolving. We may at any time add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services without liability. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Services available but do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

14.Disclaimers of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, Anvoxa disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties — where that is the case, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.

15.Limitation of liability

  • Anvoxa and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; and
  • Anvoxa's total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Anvoxa in the twelve months preceding the event, or (b) ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees ten thousand).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

16.Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anvoxa and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any Applicable Law or third-party right.

17.Term and termination

These Terms apply from the moment you first access the Services and continue until terminated. You may stop using the Services and close your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by Applicable Law, or if we reasonably determine it is necessary to protect the Services or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6 to 9 and 12 to 20 — will survive.

18.Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Kolkata, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Subject to any rights you may have under mandatory local law, the courts at Kolkata, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved by arbitration.

19.Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

20.General provisions

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Engagement agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anvoxa regarding the Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Notices

We may provide notices through the Services or to the contact details associated with your Account. You may send notices to us at hello@anvoxa.com.

Privacy
Policy

Last updated: 2 July 2026  ·  Effective date: 2 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Anvoxa ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use our website and services (the "Services"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to you and run the Services — enquiry details you send us, sign-in details from Google when you create an account, and privacy-friendly usage analytics. We never sell your personal data.

01.Data we collect

  • Enquiry details — when you submit the contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), country (optional), the service you're interested in, and anything you write in your message.
  • Account details — when you sign in with Google: your name, email address, and profile picture, provided to us through Google Firebase Authentication.
  • Session & security data — device information and IP address associated with sign-in sessions, used to secure your account and detect misuse.
  • Usage analytics — we use Umami, a privacy-focused, cookie-less analytics tool that collects aggregated, anonymised page-view data. It does not track you across sites or build a profile of you.

02.How we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide the Services you request.
  • To create and secure your account, and keep you signed in safely.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.
  • To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

03.Where your data lives

We rely on a small set of processors to run the Services:

  • Supabase (PostgreSQL database) — stores enquiries, accounts, and session records.
  • Google Firebase — handles authentication when you sign in with Google.
  • Railway — hosts our application servers.
  • Twilio — delivers SMS verification codes where phone verification is used. Codes are managed by Twilio and never stored in our database.
  • Google Fonts & CDNs — fonts and some scripts load from third-party servers, which receive your IP address as a technical necessity of serving the file.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and safeguards. Data may be processed in regions outside your own; we choose reputable providers with appropriate protections.

04.How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any engagement that follows. Account data is kept while your account is active. Sign-in sessions expire automatically and are revoked when you log out. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 6).

05.Cookies & local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you sign in, authentication tokens are stored in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in; they are removed when you sign out. Our analytics (Umami) is cookie-less.

06.Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the GDPR, and the CCPA/CPRA — you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@anvoxa.com. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and never charge for a reasonable request.

07.Children

The Services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

08.Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be flagged on the website. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
